Where Magaluf wins
- The boat. No other destination on the list has a boat party for €69 leaving from the resort most days of the summer.
- Nobody needs a taxi. Hotels, strip, BCM, marina, beach: all within ten minutes on foot. Big groups stay together.
- Price. Events, drinks and hotels are a fraction of Ibiza and below Amsterdam, with the same sea and sun.
- Booking. Shows, boats and tables can all be reserved before you fly with one deposit and GroupPay.
Where it does not
If the group wants culture, cheap beer and a city, Prague and Budapest beat it. If money is no object and the superclubs are the point, Ibiza. If the stag is 45 and wants golf, look at the Algarve. Magaluf is for a group that wants sun, sea, a boat and a strip, and wants it easy.

What is the cheapest stag do abroad?
Benidorm and the Eastern European cities are cheapest for beer and hotels. Magaluf is close behind and adds the boat and the beach.
Is Magaluf or Ibiza better for a stag do?
Ibiza for superclubs if budget is unlimited; Magaluf for a boat-and-strip weekend at a third of the cost.
