Do you work with groups that are not stags or hens?
Yes. Birthdays, mixed groups, work trips and large groups book exactly the same events. Pick what suits the group and we price it for your numbers. If you are planning a stag or hen, start with our Magaluf stag do or Magaluf hen party page.
How big a group can you handle?
Tell us your numbers. Bigger groups unlock group rates on VIP tables and boats, and we reserve everyone together so the group is not split across tables or sailings.
Do you charge booking fees?
No. Our service is free to use. We are paid by the venues and event organisers, so you pay the official price or less. There is no commission or booking fee added to any ticket.
Can we book now and pay later?
Yes. Most events can be reserved with a small deposit per person and the balance paid before you travel. With GroupPay everyone pays their own share through a private link, so nobody has to chase money.
What if we need to cancel?
Most events can be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours before they start, but not all events can be refunded. See our refund policy for each event.
Does the hen or stag go free?
On selected events, groups of 10 or more get the hen or stag's ticket free. Tell us your group size when you enquire and we will apply it where it is available.
How do we get our tickets?
Tickets are emailed as mobile tickets before you arrive, with arrival times, meeting points and what to bring. Nothing to print.
Are you actually in Magaluf?
Yes. The team is based on the Magaluf strip all year round. You get your own booking host, so you can reach a real person before and during your trip.
Bringing a big group to Magaluf?
Send the dates and numbers. A booking host in Magaluf replies with options and prices, usually the same day.
