A small team based in Magaluf all year round. We have booked stag dos and hen parties here since 2007, and we sell the official tickets without adding a penny. Part of Go Magaluf.
Who we are
Magaluf Stag & Hen was formed in 2007 to do one thing: make booking a group trip to Magaluf easy for the person who drew the short straw and has to organise it. We are based on the strip all year round. We know the venue owners, the boat skippers, the show managers and the hotel receptions, and that relationship is what gets you a reserved table for 25, a boat on a sold-out weekend, or a refund when a flight is cancelled.
What we do
We help more than 300 stag dos, hen parties, birthdays and corporate groups every year book their Magaluf events: the boat party, private boats, Barbuda's bottomless brunch, Gringos Bingo, Pirates Reloaded, VIP tables, the Club Pass, BCM, pool parties and airport transfers. Tickets are issued through Go Magaluf and Bokun, the same systems the venues use, so they are official and instant.
What we charge
Nothing. The venues pay us, so you pay the official price or less. There are no booking fees or commissions added to any ticket.

How to book a Magaluf events package
We have been helping over 300 groups book their Magaluf hen party packages and Magaluf stag do holidays every year. Our mission is to make booking things to do in Magaluf for stag and hen parties, or any large group, as easy and hassle-free as possible.

What happens next
Pay your way
Pay for your tickets as a single payment, or we can create a private booking app for you. Share it with everyone that is coming and they pay for their own ticket online in € or £. As lead booker, you can log on and see who has paid, so you can remind anyone who has not.
Tickets sent to your email
Your tickets are sent directly to your email address before you arrive. They all have detailed instructions for the event, with information such as arrival times and what to bring.
Support until you leave
By booking through Magaluf Stag and Hen, you get continued support right up to when you leave Magaluf, from a host that is in the resort.

What we are, and are not
We are an official ticket partner for the events in Magaluf, part of Go Magaluf, with a team based on the strip since 2007. We sell the official tickets at the official price (or lower on group rates), we never add booking fees, and most events refund in full up to 72 hours before.
We are not a UK package company. We do not sell flights or hotels; we recommend the hotels our groups rate and link to Booking.com, because that gets you the best rate and free cancellation. We book everything else: events, boats, tables, transfers.
Who we work with
Barbuda Beach, Heatwave boat party, Gringos Bingo, Pirates Reloaded, Mavara, the Magaluf Club Pass venues, BCM, the private boat operators and the transfer companies. Because we are here, we also know which nights are worth it, which restaurants take 20 at 9pm, and which hotels will not blink at a hen party.

Do you charge booking fees?
No. Our service is free to use. We are paid by the venues and event organisers, so you pay the official price or less. There is no commission or booking fee added to any ticket.
Can we book now and pay later?
Yes. Most events can be reserved with a small deposit per person and the balance paid before you travel. With GroupPay everyone pays their own share through a private link, so nobody has to chase money.
What if we need to cancel?
Most events can be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours before they start, but not all events can be refunded. See our refund policy for each event.
Does the hen or stag go free?
On selected events, groups of 10 or more get the hen or stag's ticket free. Tell us your group size when you enquire and we will apply it where it is available.
How do we get our tickets?
Tickets are emailed as mobile tickets before you arrive, with arrival times, meeting points and what to bring. Nothing to print.
Are you actually in Magaluf?
Yes. The team is based on the Magaluf strip all year round. You get your own booking host, so you can reach a real person before and during your trip.
